How name engraving works
Engraving your name is incredibly easy: you choose your mailbox model, enter your family name, street, and house number in the configurator, and select one of five fonts. We will produce your personalized mailbox within 24 hours and deliver it free of charge within Germany and Austria.

What name can I have engraved?
You can have any text you like engraved on your mailbox — family name, first name, company name, or a combination. Most of our customers choose: Name + Street + House Number. Can I also have umlauts engraved (ä, ö, ü)?
Yes — all German umlauts and special characters are engraved without problems.
How large is the name on the mailbox?
The font size is automatically adjusted to the available area so that the name is clearly legible. The live preview in the configurator shows you the exact result before purchase.
Can I have a different name engraved later?
No — laser engraving is permanently worked into the steel and cannot be changed. Please check your desired text carefully in the preview.
Is name engraving included in the price?
Yes — engraving is always included with all our mailboxes. No extra charge.
How long does the engraving last?
Laser engraving on stainless steel is permanent — rain, sun, frost, or temperature fluctuations do not affect it. It lasts as long as the mailbox itself.
